The lawyers in the Banking and Finance Department have experience in preparing and advising on major banking documents and other financial and security instruments such as syndicated loans, bond issues, guarantees, letters of hypothecation, documentary credits, performance bonds and factoring for local as well as offshore clients.

Conveyancing
The Conveyancing Department provides the whole range of services relating to immovable property, including drafting of and advising on conveyancing loan documentation, project development, offshore financing, leases, charges and other security documentation relating to land. It also gives advice on real property gains tax, stamp duty, and regulatory compliance.
Corporate and Commercial Law
The firm has been involved in matters involving corporate finance, financial and corporate restructuring and a range of commercial contracts. Within this ambit the firm deals with company secretarial and other work and handles a range of companies from small private companies to large public listed concerns.
