Educational Background:

Nabila graduated with an LLB (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi MARA Shah Alam, Selangor, and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in August 2014.

Experience:

Nabila has extensive experience in a wide range of conveyancing matters, particularly in the purchase of commercial, retail, and residential properties, as well as financing transactions. She is also skilled in handling probate matters, letters of administration, and small estate distribution orders. Nabila is proficient in drafting various agreements, including sale and purchase agreements, tenancy agreements, and corporate agreements such as shareholders’ agreements, subscription shares agreements, joint venture agreements, licensing agreements, and franchise agreements. She provides legal opinions and advice to clients, including developers and banks, on various aspects. Currently attached to the conveyancing department, Nabila actively handles several housing projects in Johor Bahru for developers and manages subsale transactions for individual and corporate clients.

Career:

Nabila commenced her pupillage at Messrs Karen Chow & Loh in Subang Jaya, Selangor, under the guidance of Ms. Samantha Loh Jin Keng from September 2013 to August 2014. She then joined Messrs Adzly & Co. in Ara Damansara, Selangor, followed by Messrs Edlin Ghazaly & Associates in Hartamas Heights, Kuala Lumpur, where she worked from February 2016 until June 2021. In August 2021, Nabila joined Messrs Syed Alwi, Ng & Co. in Johor Bahru, Johor as a legal associate and was promoted to partner in October 2023.
